Interest in future facilitator or regional host roles within AMAN

Given the nature of our work — which involves emotional healing, family dynamics, children’s wellbeing, and spiritual practices — you may choose to share sensitive personal information with us. This may include:

5. Children’s Privacy
Our retreat is designed for families, including children ages 5–17. We take the privacy and safety of minors with the utmost seriousness.
We do not collect personal data directly from children.
All information about attending children is provided by their parent or legal guardian.
No photographs, videos, or identifying information about children will be shared publicly without explicit written consent from the parent or guardian.
Children’s program participation details remain confidential to our facilitation team only.

Our retreat facilitation team (Bernie Candolita, Fernanda Sanchez, Aida Ramirez, and any approved support staff) strictly on a need-to-know basis for program delivery

We retain application information for up to 24 months following the retreat date to support integration follow-up and future AMAN programming, unless you request earlier deletion. Medical and developmental disclosures made for the purpose of program accommodation are deleted within 90 days of the retreat conclusion unless retention is required for legal or safety reasons.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Application forms and communications are transmitted via encrypted channels where available.

If you choose to share a testimonial or review of your retreat experience, you may do so anonymously or with attribution at your discretion. We will never publish your name or story without your consent.
